of the Parcel ID as described below. The number of times each occurs
represents the number of digits/characters to use. Note that the hyphens
are a significant part of the format.
Parcel ID format key:
S = Section
T = Township
R = Range
D = Subdivision Number
B = Block ID
L = Lot ID
M = Main Number
F = First Division
N = Second Division
